Constantin Papadas CV

Dr. Papadas graduated from the Computer Science Dpt., Univ. of Crete, Greece in 1988. 
He received the Master Degree for his work on the reliability issues of MOS capacitors from 
the Inst. Nationale Polytechnique de Grenoble, Grenoble, France in 1991, and the Ph.D. Degree 
for his work on nonvolatile memory structures in 1993 from the same institute.


From 1989 till 2000 he was with ST Microelectronics, initially involved in process
qualification and then responsible for the very innovative CMOS devices development program. 


Since 2000 he is with ISD SA.
