1st European hypervelocity impact risk assessment forum

This event is motivated by the outcome of a recent online survey in the European hypervelocity impact risk assessment community on such an exchange forum.  It is a first iteration and will likely evolve depending on feedback and needs of the community.

Current technical topics covered are hypervelocity impact testing, impact effects modelling, numerical impact simulations, failure equations modelling, Impact risk assessment tool development, mitigation by design and particle detection / instrumentation.

A dedicated interactive session is scheduled at the end of the event to exchange on the first iteration and streamline a way forward towards future events.
