DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Jamila Mansouri (Head of Propulsion\, Aerothermodyna
 mics and Flight Vehicles Division)\n\nDear Colleague\,\nThe Propulsion\, A
erothermodynamics and Flight Vehicles Engineering Division\, (TEC-MP) of E
STEC is pleased to invite you to participate in the:\nSpacecraft In-Space
Refilling Workshop\nThis event will take place at ESA-ESTEC\, Noordwijk (N
 L) on the 31st March 2026.\nMajor goals\nAs part of the ESA  In orbit Se
rvicing Assembly and Manufacturing (ISAM)  Working Group \, the workshop
is intended to bring component suppliers\, large system suppliers and end
users together. With this in mind\, the following principal goals have bee
 n outlined:\n\n\nIdentify and consolidate\, where possible\, use cases for
Spacecraft refilling\, and determine any existing or missing technologies
.\n\n\nShare ESA technologies plans to accelerate European Spacecraft refi
lling missions and identify any gaps\, missing elements\, or required upda
tes arising from the discussion with the European industry.\n\n\nInitiate
or identify overarching system requirements to enable generic product deve
lopments.\n\n\nContribute to the prioritisation of technology developments
required to achieve Spacecraft refilling within the timelines associated
with the defined use cases.\n\n\nDiscussion focus areas\nBased on the prim
ary objectives\, the workshop will focus on:\n\n\nAssessing existing techn
 ologies\, the required technological-related initiatives\, and opportuniti
es to accelerate their implementation.\n\n\nIdentifying market needs and a
ssociated use cases\, including any gaps or necessary developments require
d to meet the use cases and their respective timelines.\n\n\nExpected cont
ributions\nTo achieve the goals identified for the workshop\, ESA would ap
preciate if the following contributions could be provided by the participa
nts:\n\n\nThe technologies being developed\, along with their key intended
specifications.\n\n\nAssociated requirements for those developments (e.g.
\, funding\, system-level requirements) necessary to meet the already iden
tified need dates.\n\n\nUse cases and associated key requirements from the
end users and/or large system suppliers.\n\n\nIdentified gaps and needs\,
including\, where possible\, an estimated need date.\n\n\nThese contribut
ions can either be presented during the workshop or shared confidentially
with ESA to support a review of the technology needs or technological init
iatives required to achieve S/C refilling. The inputs will also help to id
entify a realistic timeline for the first missions or potential demonstrat
ion missions. \n\nPlease note that registrations (REGISTRATION section) w
ill remain open until the 22nd  March at 11:59 PM (CET) due to the limit
ed number of seats available.\n\nThe workshop is open to industries (suppl
iers and users)\, investors (public and private)\, research institutes/cen
tres and National Agencies from ESA member states and cooperating states.
Please note that only corporate email addresses and phone numbers origina
ting from ESA Member or Associate States are accepted.\n \n\nhttps://indi
