Description
In the NOVELO project a 8...12 GHz fractional-N synthesizer with very low phase noise and integrated VCOs was developed. This synthesizer has been combined with SORA VCO array in the meantime and can conver a frequency range from 1.5-24 GHz.
Currently, an evaluation/qualification program is running with the help of DLR, Germany. Within this program NOVELO will be fully qualified within a package.
