We present the whole development and implementation flow for the transport protocols of SpaceWire onboard networks. We take the
STP-ISS protocol as an example. Presentation will include specification details, simulation results, IP Core development, Tester and Use Cases.

A SpaceWire link is made from several transmission lines, comprising the Data and Strobe signals in each direction. Faithful transmission can be achieved when either the source impedance of the Driver, or the termination impedance of the Receiver, closely match the impedance of the PCB-traces and/or cable. If there is a mismatch, problems can occur. This presentation will explore the effects...

We consider the SpaceFibrestandard H4 release, some problems in specification and possible variants of it's realization.
We propose several changes for the Data link layer, which are relevant to new FCT features, to FULL generation, to QoS support.

Where to use SpW/ SpFi in future satellite bus architectures?
Is SpW-D attractive for C&C? If not, what needs to be to changed or added?
Is SpFi attractive as unified bus (data, C&C, TM, time) for a future satellite bus architecture? What is missing to complement it for the task?
Which SpW/ SpFi developments should be focused on?
