Access to the ESTEC site is restricted to persons pre-registered on this website, and presenting an original valid form of ID (e.g. passport).
Before entering to ESTEC you need to pass by the ESTEC Security Gate house for the ID check.
You will receive a visitor badge, this visitor badge will be valid for the duration of the workshop.
Please note that the ESTEC Security Gate House can be very busy, so we recommend that you arrive (reasonably) before the starting time of the workshop.
In case of loss of the badge, please report to the organisers immediately, as badges should be worn visibly all the time.
The workshop will take place in the Newton rooms (see the ESTEC map).
At the entrance of the Newton rooms, on the right, there will be a desk for the Workshop Registration, open from 8.30 am.
