Please follow these instructions on your arrival to ESTEC:
- Go first to the security Gatehouse (magenta arrow in the map below) to identify yourself and obtain a visitor's badge.
- There is a public bus stop behind the Gatehouse; if you come by car, park in the designated spots in front of the Gatehouse.
- Bring a valid ID (with photo) or passport to identify yourself.
- Then proceed through the gates ('Zb' and 'Zd' in the map) and head towards the workshop's location in the Newton 2 conference room (Conference centre rooms - green arrow in the map).
- The easiest option is to enter via the Reception ('Aa' in the map) and find your way through the yellow building.
- This process can take some time on busy days, so we recommend that you arrive at the Gatehouse around 8:30.
