Exhibitors

During ADCSS there will be place for 10 exhibition booths in meeting room Einstein, just nearby the plenary room.

Each booth will have a bench of 80 cm x 185 cm intended to install equipment, documentation and eventually demonstration and an area of 4 square meters behind each bench to install 2 panels with posters.

Companies are invited to submit proposals for exhibitions that address one of the following topics:
- Avionics in mega constellation satellites
- Compact on-board computer architectures
- Components and development tools for mixed criticality systems.
- Instruments and sensors for exploration missions.
- Automated code generation tools for AOCS.

If you are interested in participating in the Exhibition, please send the following information to the Exhibition Organiser by the 7th of October 2016 for approval.

Set up and dismantling

Please note that all of the demonstration systems shall be installed by the exhibitors themselves and need to be complete stand-alone systems.

The only storage facilities during the venue will be the exhibition room, starting from Tuesday 18th October. The room will be locked when not used. Exhibitors can mount stands as from 8.00 AM on the 18th.

  • on the 18th of October,the exhibition in Einstein will open at 14.00.
  • On 19th and 20th of October, the exhibition in Einstein will open at 8:00.
  • Dismantling of the exhibition should be performed after the last coffee break on the 20th.

Note: Coffee breaks will be arranged in Einstein in order to maximize the visits to the exhibitions.
