Description
Over the last 10 years, the PUS standard has been widely used in Europe by many ECSS Agencies and
Industrial partners. A new version of that standard is currently being produced by ECSS, that takes into
account:
- the lessons learned from using the PUS, including the need for standardizing proven additional
services implemented in current missions and required for future missions;
-the availability of new standards, mainly ECSS and CCSDS, for which compliance is required.
This presentation reports on the current status of this new version and the remaining work to be done
prior to its publication in 2014.
