Paper Submission

Author Instructions

After the successful acceptance of your digest, we invite you to submit your full paper to the conference. Please be aware that the proceedings will be published on IEEE Explore and will have to conform to the IEEE publication standard.

Please remember to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Paper format and template: Use the IEEE conference paper template, which can be found on the IEEE website: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. The template is available in Microsoft Word and LaTeX formats. Your paper should adhere to the formatting guidelines specified in the template, including font size, margins, and column layout.
  • Page limits: IEEE AESS conference papers should generally not exceed 8 pages, please keep the page limit in mind for your submission.
  • Originality and plagiarism: Ensure that your paper is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere. IEEE has strict guidelines against plagiarism and self-plagiarism. Your paper may be checked using plagiarism detection software CrossCheck.

Please be also aware that by publishing your paper at EDHPC 2023 you agree to transfer the copyright of the paper to ESA. Please remember to upload a filled in copyright form in addition to the final paper.
