Description

Since September 2013, the Xilinx Radiation Test Consortium collectively and individual members have been subjecting the Kintex-7, Artix-7, and Zynq devices to particle beam testing. Basic upset characteristics of configuration and block RAM and user flip-flops have been measured and clusters of upsets were observed. Additionally, an unusual latchup-like, but non-destructive phenomenon of current steps was observed in the Vaux power rail.
