Description

The two-day Young ESA Workshop @ Col-CC offers Young ESA members a unique opportunity to learn about the work and importance of the Columbus Control Center (Col-CC). Through a combination of lectures, guided tours, and interactive sessions, participants will develop a deep understanding of Col-CC's operations and projects. The Col-CC works as an integrated team with colleagues from ESA and DLR in the field of astronautical spaceflight.

The opening will be performed by the director of DLR's Institute for Space Operations and Astronaut training or the ESA ISS Program Manager. Various speakers with many years of experience at Col-CC and extensive experience in the field of astronautical spaceflight will be invited to give presentations.

This workshop will promote the exchange and networking between Young ESA members at Col-CC and other ESA locations.
