Social Event – ESA Space Weather Service Network Workshop 2026

Please submit your meal preference to esa-swe-ws2026@esa.int by Friday, 30 January at 13:00 CET. If we do not receive a reply, the turkey option will be selected by default.
Overview
All registered in‑person participants for the social event are invited to join an informal evening at Brauerei Schmucker located in the beautiful Odenwald forest.
The evening includes:
- A guided tour of the Schmucker Brewery
- A social dinner at the Schmucker Gasthof restaurant
- Bus transport between ESOC and the venue
This is a great opportunity to experience local traditions and meet other workshop attendees.
Schedule
17:00 – Buses depart from ESOC
23:00 – Return buses arrive back at ESOC
