Technical Pre-registration: At this portal, all particpants should create an INDICO user and register in order to: - Acccess all workshop information (agenda, sessions, presentations, etc) - Submit an abstract for review - Manage a submitted abstract Final Registration (Payment):After the previous registration, a private email will be sent with the details for the final registration and payment process. Workshop fee is: - For early registration (before Jan 31st) 325€. - For late registration (after Jan 31st) 350€. For accompanying persons: - Workshop dinner (+50€) General terms and conditions: - Workshop payment will be done via a bank transfer or by credit card. - Registration is considered effective upon confirmation of payment by the conference secretariat. - Cancellation has to be notified by email the conference secretariat. - In case of cancellation after January 31st and before February 15th, a refund will be paid less 100.00 € for administrative expenses. - No refund will be made from February 15th, 2013.
