The workshop will be based on presentations only and with no requirement for the submission of papers. A short abstract (maximum one page A4) shall be provided to Kathleen Gerlo in Word or PDF format, including the author's name and affiliation, and any co-authors in case applicable.

Presentations shall preferably address the topics laid out above, but may address any topics in the area of AR/VR used in the context of European Space Programmes. Presentations shall have a maximum duration of 25 minutes including Q&A (TBC, depending on the final workshop agenda).
For presentations not selected for inclusion in the workshop programme, there will be the opportunity to provide a poster (maximum A0 size). Poster walls will be made available in or outside the workshop area. Posters shall be printed by the authors themselves.
An electronic copy of the presentation or poster shall be provided to the Organising Committee before the end of the workshop, in PowerPoint or PDF format. ESA will publish all presentations/posters on the workshop website, accessible to workshop participants and any other persons or organisations provided access by ESA. Authors shall grant ESA the rights to publish the provided presentations/posters under the conditions described above. As such, presentations/posters shall be free of any material for which such rights cannot be granted by the author (and/or the co-authors).
