Call for Abstracts - M2M Workshop

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

In order to submit your abstract, you first have to create an account in INDICO, using the red 'Login' tab in the top right corner of the page. Once you have created the account, please use the 'Submit a new abstract' tab.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE

The Organising committees reserve the right to exclude abstracts that do not comply with its quality standards and do not apply to one of the defined topics. Authors will be informed by 14 October 2022 as to whether their abstracts have been accepted for a presentation. Please note that the review process may start as soon as the first abstracts are received and acceptance notifications might be sent out earlier than the announced deadline.
Accepted abstracts for the workshop will also be collected and distributed to the participants.

ABSTRACT STRUCTURE

The submission must indicate whether the abstract is submitted for the M2M Workshop or the SPEX Conference. The abstract content should preferably be sequenced accordingly:

  • Background of the study
  • Methodology
  • Results
  • Conclusion

Note that the abstract should:
- be a maximum of 500 words
- not contain a figure, graph, or table.

All the co-authors of a paper should be by inserted by the submitter in the appropriated fields, each with affiliation and email address.

BIOGRAPHY
Please include a short biography of the planned speaker in the dedicated section when submitting your abstract. This should be a maximum of 75 words.

IMPORTANT

Please notice that submission of an abstract alone is not enough. Authors must further register to the event they are submitting an abstract for.

Modifying a submitted abstract: Select 'View my abstracts' on the front page, select your abstract ID and click 'Edit' to proceed with the changes.
