During the registration process you need to agree that your personal data can be used for the registration process and any related notifications for, during and after the event.
VAT number: please provide the VAT number during the registration process if applicable.

Participation and registration fee
Please note that registration is binding and limited to 18 participants for each edition of the ESA Mission Operations Academy. To ensure a diverse and engaging experience, a selection committee will carefully choose the participants from the pool of registrations. The course fee is €3500, which will be collected after the selection process (please refer to the payment terms and conditions below for more details). Thank you for your understanding!

Payment terms and conditions
Payment of the course fee (€3500) within 14 days after invoice date either by bank transfer or by Credit Card.
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to cancel due to illness, we kindly ask that you provide a doctor's certificate. Cancellations will be accepted up to 10 days before the course begins. Unfortunately, after this period, the registration fee will no longer be refundable.
ESA Conference Bureau (ATPI Corporate Events) will reach out to you shortly after your successful selection regarding the payment process and will issue the invoice on ESA’s behalf. Thank you for your understanding!
