In order to apply for the PYThON session, please fill in the Application Form (to be downloaded from Conference home page - Materials) and send it back to the ADCSS2018 organisers (asg@esa.int) before September 20th noon.
Conditions for applying are the following:
- The presenter shall be currently a PhD student in a technical domain related to the ADCSS (Avionics, Data Handling, Software and AOCS/GNC) topics
- The presenter shall have a nationality from one of the ESA Member States
- The presenter shall state that the ADCSS2018 presentation and related material will be provided free of any property rights. The material will be made available for download on the conference website.
- The presenter shall state availability to present in person her/his PhD work at ADCSS2018, on Wednesday October 17th at ESTEC (Noordwijk, Netherlands). Note that all the transport and accommodation expenses are to be paid by the participants.
The duration of the presentation is 5 minutes.
No specific presentation template is requested except for the use of an Acrobat (.pdf) file compatible with Acrobat reader version 2018. A draft presentation shall be sent at least one week before the day of the event for verification of IT compatibility.
