AMICSA attendees receive:
- Access to all conferences at AMICSA 2022 and exhibitor hall
- Tuesday 31st May: afternoon social event and welcome drink at Restaurante Bocanegra
- Wednesday/Thursday coffee breaks and lunch at Círculo de Bellas Artes
- Wednesday 1st June: Welcome reception (afternoon) at Círculo de Bellas Artes Terrace
- Friday 3rd June: coffee break at Círculo de Bellas Artes
AMICSA 2022 is a safe event that complies with all health measures. We hope and encourage all participants to enjoy this safe event in person in Madrid, but in case some attendees have travel limitations, they will be able to follow the conference online.
How to register for AMICSA 2022
Please, follow the instructions below to complete the online registration process, which will be open until May 27th:
- Visit the Registration section and fill in the form with your personal details. You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration request, which is linked to your Indico account. If you do not have one, you will need to create it.
- If your request is approved, another e-mail will be sent with the payment instructions, which consist on completing this form from Arquimea. Please, make sure to check the appropiate box if you need an invoice.
- After sending the required information, you will be redirect to the payment platform, in which you will have to introduce your credit card details. You will receive an e-mail acknowledging the correct payment.
- Once we have verified the correct receipt of the Conference fees, your registration will be completed. You will be notified through e-mail.
By completing this process, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Note that it is possible to cancel your registration if you communicate it before April 30th to Arquimea in order to receive a refund of the 50% of the fee.
No refunds will be made after this date. However, a registration that has already been paid for may be transferred to another person from the same company/organization or attend online.
