The event is planned to be held at ESTEC. In case this turns out to be no longer feasible the event may switch to an online only or hybrid event.
The registration fee for paying participants includes the attendance to the workshop, the welcome reception and dinner.
ESA Employees and students can register for the workshop and the welcome reception free of charge. To participate to the social dinner event on Wednesday, 19 October, a dinner ticket will need to be purchased of which the cost is € 60,= per person.
