Oral Presentations
Please provide your presentation in either PowerPoint or PDF format for each contribution found under My Contributions, there is no presentation template. The length of the oral presentations is 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions. The instructions for the final paper and copyright form submission can be found under Paper Submission.
If you upload your presentation under Presentation Materials, please remember to mark the presentation protected (small red padlock should appear next to your presentation). Please also remember to log in to Indico if you do not see the upload button (Pencil icon).
Poster Presentations
Presenters of posters shall bring their printed poster (A0 portrait format) at the EDHPC at the poster area of the conference venue before Monday 2nd of October, lunch time. There is no specific template for the poster. There is no possibility to print out your poster at the venue, therefore we kindly ask you to arrange this beforehand.
