Call for Abstracts
The papers could range from research work or description of new system concepts to description of innovative technologies in design, testing, validation or operation of systems / subsystems including their results.
Submission Requirements
When submitting, authors will need to provide:
- Contact Information
- Paper Title (limited to 50 words)
- Preferred Presentation Type: Oral or Poster
- Proposed Topic: Select from the Detailed Topics Description
- Author(s) Name and Affiliation: Indicate the prime author or contact person
- Abstract File: 1–2 A4 pages including references, absolute limit of 4 pages
Submission Instructions
- Deadline: 16 March 2025, via Indico.
- By submitting an abstract, you agree that it may be published in the official conference proceedings.

Notification
- Acceptance Notification: Authors will be notified by 12 May 2025 regarding acceptance or rejection.
- Instructions for preparing final papers will be provided upon acceptance.
