Oral Presentations
Each contribution will contain presentation materials (PDF or presentation) uploaded until the 10th of October. If you wish to upload an update after this date, please do so under the Presentation materials of your contribution. You can see the latest presentation for each presentation under My Contributions, there is no presentation template. The length of the oral presentations is 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
If you upload an update to your presentation under Presentation Materials, please remember to mark the presentation protected (small red padlock should appear next to your presentation). Please also remember to log in to Indico if you do not see the upload button (Pencil icon).
Poster Presentations
Presenters of posters shall bring their printed poster (A0 portrait format) at the EDHPC at the poster area of the conference venue before Wednesday 15th of October, lunch time. There is no specific template for the poster. There is no possibility to print out your poster at the venue, therefore we kindly ask you to arrange this beforehand.
