Description
The talk presents the design and practical validation of compact filters based on different technological realizations (SIW and 3D-waveguides). The implementation of transmission zeros by using non-resonant modes in waveguide filters will be presented, and several filter configurations based on SIW technology, empty waveguides and dielectric loaded cavities will be also reviewed.
