A Demo Session and Exhibit will be organised on the first day of the Workshop during the Welcome Reception at the Wintergarden South - as in the last three SEFUW editions.
If you are interested in participating, please contact the Organisers with the following information:
- Company Name
- Contact Person
- Short description of your demo/booth
- Special requirements - the organisers will do their best to accommodate requests for additional setup requirements.
There will be space for a maximum of 10 Demonstrators and Exhibitors.
By default, the following will be provided:
- One table (1.85m x 0.8m).
- One NL plug type C/F power socket.
Panels for posters (1.23m x 1.9m) are available upon request.
There are no costs associated for the Demo Session and Exhibit.
Logistics: set-up and dismantling
Participants are expected to bring any additional necessary equipment to the workshop site with them.
Participants will be able to prepare the setup of their assigned place during the afternoon coffee break prior to the Welcome Reception.
All display material and demonstrations should be dismantled by the end of the Welcome Reception.
