AMICSA attendees receive:
- Access to all conferences at AMICSA 2025 and exhibitor hall
- Coffee breaks and lunch at the venue
- Sunday 15th June: Welcome reception
- Wednesday 18th June: Gala dinner (additional tickets can be purchased for guests within the payment process)
How to register for AMICSA 2025
Please, follow the instructions below to complete the online registration process:
- Visit the Registration section and provide your personal details. You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration request, which is linked to your Indico account. If you do not have one, you will need to create it. By registering to the event, you are accepting this Terms and Conditions.
- Once you filled in the registration form in Indico, the next step consist on processing the payment in this website. The payment can be done by credit card (Paypal account is required), own Paypal account or bank transfer. Please, indicate in the remarks field "AMICSA 2025 + participant name + Reference ID".
- Once paid, please, send the proof of payment to div.f.c@fct.unl.pt.
- Once we have verified the correct receipt of the Conference fees, your registration will be completed. You will be notified through e-mail.
