Registration for AMICSA 2024 is open!

AMICSA attendees receive:
- Access to all conferences at AMICSA 2024 and exhibitor hall
- Monday 13rd May: afternoon social event and welcome drink
- Tuesday 14th May: Welcome reception at Kursaal
- Wednesday 15th May: Conference dinner (TBD)
- Coffee breaks and lunch at Kursaal
How to register for AMICSA 2024
Please, follow the instructions below to complete the online registration process, which will be open until May 12th:
- Visit the Registration section and provide your personal details. You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration request, which is linked to your Indico account. If you do not have one, you will need to create it. By registering to the event, you are accepting this Terms and Conditions.
- Once you filled in the registration form in Indico, the next step consist on completing this form. If there is any problem with the payment process, please contact PZG Organisation.
- After sending the required information, you will be redirect to the payment platform, in which you will have to introduce your credit card details. You will receive an e-mail acknowledging the correct payment and the invoice.
- Once we have verified the correct receipt of the Conference fees, your registration will be completed. You will be notified through e-mail.
Note that it is possible to cancel your registration if you communicate it before April 14th to PZG Organisation in order to receive a refund of the 50% of the fee. No refunds will be made after this date.
