We are soliciting abstracts describing findings in areas described below. Anyone interested is invited to send a one-page abstract containing no more than 500 words (text only-no figures, drawings, etc...) to geantsuw@pop500.gsfc.nasa.gov. Abstracts should be received by March 31, 2004. A limited number of late submissions will be accepted until April 26th. The workshop will be unclassified and welcomes international participation.
