9th ESA Workshop on Avionics, Data, Control and Software Systems - ADCSS 2015

Exhibitors Information

During ADCSS there will be place for 10 exhibition booths in meeting room Einstein, just nearby the plenary room.

Each booth will have a bench of 80 cm x 185 cm intended to install equipment, documentation and eventually demonstration  and an area of 4 square meters behind each bench to install 2 panels with posters.

Companies are invited to submit proposals for exhibitions that address one of the following tracks of the workshop:
- Avionics Technology Trends, on October 21^st 2015
- RTU/RIU, on October 22^nd 2015

If you are interested in participating in the Exhibition, please send the following information to the Exhibition Organiser  by the 7th of October 2015 for approval.

Set up and dismantling

Please note that all of the demonstration systems shall be installed by the demonstrators themselves and need to be complete stand-alone systems.

The only storage facilities during the venue will be the exhibition room, starting from Tuesday 20 October. The room will be locked when not used.

• For the exhibition on 21st of October, the setup can start on 20 October from 9:00. The dismantling shall be done around 16:00 on the 21 October.
• For the exhibition on 22nd of October, the setup of the exhibition can start on 21 October from 16:00. The dismantling  shall be done around 16:00 on 22 October.
• On 21st and 22nd of October, the exhibition in Einstein will open at 8:00.

Note: Coffee breaks will be arranged in Einstein in order to maximize the visits to the exhibitions.
