A paper template (Both LaTeX and MS Word) can be found on the dedicated IEEE page, where you will find all the necessary formatting information. Please use this template to write your paper.
Take note of the required length of the paper depending on whether your paper is a long (6-8 pages) or short (3-4 pages) paper. Poster papers should be 3-4 pages in length.
The length of your paper and the paper number are provided in the notification email you received and will also be shown on the programme page of the conference website.
Please consider that to be published on IEEE eXplore, the paper must comply with IEEE Formatting. Authors are provided with complimentary access to a dedicated IEEE Website (PDF eXpress), where they can autonomously check the compliance of their papers. This is an optional yet strongly encouraged step, a dedicated guide can be found on the Paper Conformance Checker page. Remember that the conference committee will check submitted paper conformance and will exclude from the proceedings papers failing the conformance check.
The conference committee also reserve the right to exclude submitted papers from the IEEE proceedings in case they do not meet the expected standard in terms of their scientific and technical quality.
Please submit a PDF version of your paper, together with a signed copyright form (template available here). Give them both a filename comprising the paper number and author-surname e.g. 90Parkes.pdf and 90Parkes_copyright.pdf
To submit your paper on the conference website you just need to:
- Log in with the account you used for the submission
- Authors will find on the page “Final Paper & Copyright Form Submission”, from the menu on the left, a page where they can submit the final version of their papers, together with the signed copyright form, both in PDF. On this page, you will have the possibility to upload a final paper for each of your accepted abstracts.
- This page will be available for submission from the 1st of August.
The final deadline for submitting your paper is 29th August 2022. The reason for this is to ensure we have enough time to check, collate and produce the proceedings. This takes a substantial amount of time and effort.
